DESCRIPTION:
Microneedling is a procedure consisting of microperforations of the skin with thin metal needles. Its principle is similar to that of acupuncture, but localized and multiple, producing effect only in the treated area. Its most prominent result is the induction of collagen and other natural fibers in the skin, as well as thickening of the epidermis.
The main indications of micro-needling are scars, especially acne, stretch marks, aging and sagging, baldness, melasma and drug delivery in general.
